In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the mom4d platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to mom4d International Ltd., the legal entity that owns and operates the mom4d platform accessible at mom4d.lat.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at mom4d.lat and any related mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, or sub-domains operated by the Company.
• "Services" means all betting, wagering, live casino, slot gaming, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other gaming or promotional services made available on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures the Company is required to conduct prior to processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by the Company subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real cash.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

This Agreement is entered into between you and mom4d International Ltd. at the moment you click "I Agree," complete the registration process, or first deposit funds into your Account — whichever occurs earliest. The Agreement takes full legal effect from that moment forward.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted. To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts or use the Services.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing any wager. This age restriction applies regardless of any lower age of majority that may exist under applicable local law.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before using the Services.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee of mom4d International Ltd. or any of its affiliated companies.
5. You must not be listed on any government, regulatory, or financial institution's prohibited-persons or sanctions lists.
6. You must not have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement with the Company or any affiliated platform.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of Services on the mom4d platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Company is required to complete KYC identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Account Currency: All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is accepted for deposits, wagers, or withdrawals on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide reasons for such refusal.

The mom4d platform supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be returned subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Deposit Processing Time: E-wallet deposits via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your Account within five seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are typically credited within 1–15 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• Zero Transaction Fees: The Company charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control and are your sole responsibility.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day to appear in your bank account depending on interbank settlement schedules.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will be rejected and returned to your Account balance.
• Source of Funds: The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the legitimate source of any funds deposited into your Account as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawals may not reduce your Account balance below the amount required to cover any pending or open wagers. Withdrawal requests that would result in an insufficient balance to cover open bets will be partially fulfilled up to the available free balance.

mom4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement calculations. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). The contribution rate for each game or product category is set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Anti-Abuse Policy: Bonuses are intended for recreational players. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the promotion — including through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), the use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus Funds have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for real money outside of the wagering requirement process.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the mom4d platform. Product-specific rules — covering sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, and Domino QQ — are published separately within each respective product section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by you. The Company retains the right to void or cancel wagers in circumstances involving technical errors, data feed failures, or events that have been determined to be invalid after acceptance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant product interface prior to bet placement. The Company reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time without notice.
• Payout Limits: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are product-specific. No single payout event will exceed the published maximum regardless of the stake placed or odds offered. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum will be reduced to the maximum payout amount.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet is accepted and confirmed are the final odds applicable to that wager, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds or game outcomes caused by a fault in the Platform's software or data feeds, the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. The Company will not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated profits arising from such technical errors.
• Togel Draw Integrity: All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted on the Platform use certified random number generation processes that are independently audited for fairness. Draw results are published in real time within your Account history and on the Platform's results page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mom4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by the Company.
• Colluding with other players, third parties, or Company employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Company staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true identity or location.

mom4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms of problem gambling. The following tools and policies form part of the Company's responsible gaming framework and are accessible to all registered users:

• Age Verification: The Platform is strictly 21+. Date-of-birth verification is mandatory at registration. KYC identity checks are conducted to confirm age before withdrawals are processed. Any Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via your Account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration reminders that will notify you when you have been actively playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by contacting our support team or using the self-service tool in your Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available for users who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their well-being. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and can be initiated via your Account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].

The mom4d name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of mom4d International Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement or on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, or other intellectual property of the Company without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mom4d International Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any inaccuracy, omission, or error in odds, game outcomes, or results data published on the Platform that is attributable to third-party data providers.
• Any service interruption, technical failure, or system downtime resulting from circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, government actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content published on the Platform for purposes other than recreational betting.

In all cases where the Company is found liable, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by mom4d International Ltd. is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at mom4d.lat/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account and using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your identity documents for KYC purposes, your transaction history for AML compliance, and your account activity data for security monitoring and responsible gaming purposes.

The Company will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC obligations.
• The Company reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to your Account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel the Company to restrict your access.
• Continued operation of your Account presents a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of your Account, the Company will return any remaining real-money balance (net of any amounts owed to the Company) to your verified payment method within 30 business days, provided that KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed and no compliance hold is in effect. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mom4d International Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You acknowledge and agree that the courts of the jurisdiction in which mom4d International Ltd. is incorporated shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the Company's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the Company's intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.

mom4d International Ltd. reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
